As of May 9th, 2008 ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless it was received damaged or defective.
Unless you are returning an item because of a defect, we can not accept any returned items Please note, most of the items we sell are for surplus military firearms, and there is always some variation from one to another, even in the same model. We check every item that is returned as defective with several in-store firearms. If a returned item fits all the In-store test firearms, than we do not consider it defective and will return it to you. Returned Items that are not in the original packaging, and if a return form and Copy of your Sales receipt are not sent with the return, will be returned.
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
Any Wolff Springs unless they are in the original SEALED package,
Used holsters,
Worn apparel,
Parts that have been modified or attempted fitting,
Any Item that has been modified or altered in any way,
Used or installed
Barrels
Some Items carry a Factory Warranty and those items MUST be returned to the Factory for Repair or Replacement. These Include:
Hogue Grips or Handall's (Contact

Any Harrington Products (address is on instruction sheet that came with the
product)
NcStar Brand Scopes and products (see warranty card in scope box)
Leapers Brand Products (UTG Holsters, CCW Pouch, Fanny Pak, For Returns

If you return these items, we cannot issue you a refund and we
will return them to you, return shipping charges will apply.
When in doubt, please call us before returning an item.
All returns must have a Return Form and copy of the original sales receipt sent with them, or it will be returned to you.
When returning an item(s) to us, make sure to write the Original Order Number on the outside of the package, or we will not accept it.
